From Bare Metal to Protected Surface
Coating Spec Review
Environment classification (C2–C5), coating system selection, color specification, DFT requirement confirmation and substrate inspection.
Surface Preparation
Shot blasting to Sa 2.5 or hand tool / power tool cleaning to St 3 — followed by degreasing, dust removal and surface profile measurement.
Primer & Coating
Multi-coat application in climate-controlled spray booth — primer, mid-coat and topcoat applied with controlled film builds and inter-coat intervals.
Inspect & Dispatch
DFT verification, adhesion cross-cut test, visual inspection, holiday detection and full coating record documentation supplied with each delivery.
