Drawing & DFM Review

Bend program generation from DXF/STEP files, springback calculation, material grain direction analysis and bend sequence optimization.

Material Preparation

Mill certificate verification, laser or shear cutting of blanks to flat-blank development dimensions with correct grain orientation.

Bending & Rolling

CNC press brake bending or plate rolling with real-time angle verification, radius gauging and automatic springback compensation per material grade.

Inspect & Dispatch

Dimensional verification of angles, radii and flatness, deburring, surface finishing and delivery with full quality inspection documentation.
