From concept to finished enclosure — our facility handles the complete manufacturing cycle including CNC laser cutting, press brake bending, welding, grinding, powder coating and final assembly. Every enclosure is built to client specifications with full IP rating compliance and quality documentation.

Our Process
From Drawing to Finished Enclosure
Design & DFM Review
2D/3D drawing review, DXF nesting and flat blank development, IP rating analysis, BOM preparation and material specification confirmation.
Cutting & Forming
CNC fiber laser cutting of all panels, doors and brackets followed by CNC press brake bending to form the enclosure body and sub-components.
Welding & Finishing
MIG/TIG seam welding, grinding, shot blasting and multi-coat powder coat or epoxy painting in the required RAL color with DFT verification.
Assembly & Dispatch
Hardware fitment per BOM — hinges, locks, gaskets, cable glands, rails — followed by dimensional check, IP test, packing and delivery with QC report.
